Lourdes Rosencrans filed suit against Stanley Altschuler and Altschulers employer, Texans Can! Altschuler filed a special exception asserting that he was immune from liability on Rosencranss claims. The trial court entered an order granting Altschulers special exception and dismissing him as a defendant in the case. Later, the trial court severed Rosencranss claims against Altschuler from the remainder of the case. Rosencrans appeals from the trial courts order granting Altschulers special exception. We affirm.
